The chalets sit on two squares, Place Benjamin Zix in the heart of Petite France and Place Saint-Thomas by the church of the same name. The quarter is half-timbered houses over the Ill, with cobbled lanes, a swing bridge and a lock where you can watch boats pass. Go once the lights come on and the houses show up in the water.
