Disclosures
Some links on Christmas in Europe pay us a commission.
When you book through a partner's link, the partner may pay us a share of the sale. It costs you nothing extra, and it pays for the research.
How paid links are marked
Paid links sit under a “Paid links” label, and each one carries rel="sponsored" so search engines read it as paid too. Links to an operator's own website are plain links and pay us nothing.

What a click does
A paid link goes through a short redirect on this site, under /go/, which counts the click and sends you to the partner. The redirect sets no cookies. The partner's own site may set cookies once you arrive, under its own privacy policy.
When you follow a link from a saved trip, the link carries an opaque trip id, so we can see which plans lead to bookings. It never carries your name, your email or anything else about you.
Readers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see partner maps and booking widgets only after they agree to them.
What stays the same
The same places appear whether a partner pays us or not. No business can pay for a place on a list, a better position or a change to what we write. Prices on the site come from operators' published rates and carry the year they apply to; the partner's site shows the live price for your dates.
More on how the guide is researched is on the about page.
