In Eguisheim's medieval lanes the tourism office keeps the market to about 30 craftspeople and creators, so the market stays small. The village holds the Villes et Villages de Noël label. Mind the opening hours. On weekdays before 11 December the stalls don't open until noon, and the market shuts completely from Christmas Eve to 26 December before a last stretch to 30 December.
