- Getting around
- Holders of an Austrian disability pass get 50% off, and a registered companion enters the market and the concert free; these tickets are sold only at the box offices.
Grafenegg's castle stands in a park at the eastern edge of the Wachau. In Advent its rooms fill with craft stations and the park is lit. The So schmeckt Niederösterreich food village serves dishes from across Lower Austria.
Music sets it apart. For 2026 the Tonkünstler-Orchester plays Bach's Christmas Oratorio under Giovanni Antonini on the first two evenings, Stella Jones and The American Christmas Gospel follow on 7 December, and 8 December brings the 15th Lower Austrian Advent singing. ORF Lower Austria's Advent der Stars also broadcasts from the grounds.
