The trail winds through the Botanischer Garten for about 2 kilometres, and the organizer reckons on two hours with stops. Entry is staggered in 20-minute windows, so buy a time slot and arrive inside it. Prices move with demand, which makes a Monday to Thursday slot booked early the cheapest way in. The greenhouses stay shut in the evening.
There are two entrances. The S1 stops at Botanischer Garten for the Unter den Eichen gate, and buses 101 and X83 serve the Königin-Luise-Straße gate. There is no parking near the garden. The garden closes on 24 and 31 December and on six other dates, so check before you book.
Worth knowing
- Book a Monday to Thursday slot early for the lowest price.
